I don't spend months getting my level up. I don't really care about my level. What I care about are my offensive and defensive capabilities, and level doesn't tell much about those.
Level has never had any game mechanical meaning in CoC. It has had no effect on anything at all (unless you count being able to buy Statue of P.E.K.K.A). So I have no use for it.

This doesn't mean people wouldn't attach some values to levels. People grow attached to weirdest things, so attachment to levels is understandable.

That said, I don't see league shields being any more informative. Too many reasons why someone could be down or up in trophies, so the trophy count as such isn't a big deal.

Uh, how do I say this? This probably has a whole lot more to do with your raid strategy, ability, and trophy level than the game economy. Just saying.

Uch, I think the problem is not the loot but you guy...

I'm TH9, 1400 tr and I find village with 200k each in 5minutes. 300k elix I think in 30min you can have it.

Terrible update

No one is going to use the Golem. It's a useless slow troop that cost so much that no one will ever use it. Don't believe me - go look at your replay window and scroll down the entire list - how many do you see? Keep doing that over the next year and let me know your final count. Super stupid add.

League was a push to get players over to cups and away from levels. It says nothing about a players development of his town like the level did. Now you have to go to the town to see what the town looks like and what level the player is before sending invites or accepting requests. Again - another item the henders and frustrates users and no one at coc seems to care. Playes quitting should make them care.

Which brings us the the worst part of the last update - no loot. There was already a problem with finding loot on raids. So what did the last update fix? Nothing - it made it 100x worse. When I pass 72 times and find nothing over 25k there is a problem. What's the point in having dark troops, spells, and other regualar troops tier 2 and up if you can't even pay for them with loot from raids? That's right - it so you have to spend to play - or do one raid every couple of days. Well, since that's boring and those of us who have spent a lot thinking we will get to a point where we won't have to spend as much, we are starting to give up and find something else to play - that isn't frustrating or have a vacuum on our wallets. With every update, more gets taken away and more gets added that can't be paid for with what you earn in the game. Those that spend only $20 shoudl get as much as you get in other games that cost $20. Nope, it's super slow and painful and they quit. I have played many MMOs - there will be a point where players say enough and then the game strarts slipping down the charts. yes - normal? except - the Name Supercell will stick as a sore spot and players won't even start their next game - know the steep cost.

The last update was epic failure except to the clueless kids that, by the way, are not spending money.

This is a dumb idea for one reason. It ENCOURAGES FARMING AT LOW LEVELS. They will not do this and if they do, it will be completely backwards from what they were trying to accomplish with the league system. Please tell me what you would rather have, a 15% increase of 200k-400k battles or a 50% increase of 50k battles? If you know anything at all about math, you will know that 15% of 200k-400k is a larger bonus than 50% increase of 50k. So as a farmer I GREATLY encourage this idea, but logically speaking they have no reason to implement this because people will be even more encouraged to farm at low levels. Btw, that is not even mentioning how easy it is to get the 200k-400k in the 1200-1700 range as opposed to the 50k in the 2200+ range, PLUS the fact that 200-400k is significantly larger than 50k.

So in the end, what would you choose, 230k-460k or 75k (These are the total amounts with the added bonuses)? You will clearly choose the 230k-460k, 1200-1700 trophy range all day everyday, assuming your wanting to farm.

The loot

I am getting better raids and decent loot.i currently have 6.5 million elixir in my orbs,and am currently buying skull walls so spend most of my gold on those.I am town hall nine ,and only use tier one troops,8 lvl 6 giants,8 wall breakers,80 archers,50 barbs and 34 goblins for mopping up.I think paying to look at a base ,and deciding if you want to raid it should be scrapped,the only purpose of it is to drain gold out of the economy.The leagues are about as much use as a chocolate fire guard,im lvl 102 use tier one troops farm at 1350-1450,and wouldn't move up to gain a trophy for an extra 5.2 k of each.I could live with the current caps on loots if they did away with the crazy cost of searching.There needs to be a better incentive to drop farming ,and that can only come from bigger bonuses.Roughly taking 2 mill of each per night,no one really bothers raiding me just to snipe town hall ,which I don't mind because there usually really low lvl anyways.So at least lower lvls can have a little boost without having to spend fortune trying to kill my base.

SuperCell you NEVER listen to us players

ok so you deleted my posts, like that is going to hurt me. but come on start listening to us players that cant afford to spend hundreds of pounds every week. STOP with the league, ever since it started ive been raped by people that have maxed out troops. HOW THE HECK do i defend against that.

START listening to your bread and butter people.

STOP the league and put it back to how it was.
