How Leagues work

It's really a shame to see no DE until 2,200. I'm extremely disappointed. :(

Initial observations:
1) loot cap is 198k and 20% is raidable from storages.
2) loot bonuses in most leagues are a joke.
3) free shields are instant and guaranteed.



Not a bad update IMO. As a soon to be TH 9er, I welcome the additions hehe. :o

The loot bonuses aren't enough for me to move up the ranks (never been above 1600 trophies though).

The thing I simply don't understand is why the leagues have a season? I could understand resetting to drop the inactive players if the matchmaking was only with other league members. However, I am being matched against the unleagued so that isn't it. I just don't see any reason to care about the league grouping that I am in so why bother resetting it?

I thought the bonus for 1400 trophy is 200de as shown at the meet up. Glad I checked it up after update. Lower than 2200 trophy gives 0de. The idea is good but the bonus amount is a joke.

I don't think I have once in my over 150 posts on the forum ever said anything negative about the game (I could be wrong hehe), but I'm sorry to say I am also slightly disappointed about this recent update. Aside from the gold and elixer loot bonuses being low, the fact that there isn't a de loot bonus until over 2200 is just sad. I can see some ppl signing on to the new system to get the nice badge by their name, but there is absolutely no other incentive for ppl to chase it. Back to plough away at me fields because as a farmer, I don't see any reason to change my ways :o

Loot bonus sucks. Needs some serious scaling. Maybe give 2x for two stars and 5x for three, at least for lower tiers. I should be getting like 30-40k for 1600 and three stars.

I don't think supercell will listen us. I haven't complained for the updates at all but this is terrible! I hope they'll change something before we are quitting.

I will completely ignore the leagues, because I see no value in them, and continue playing the way I always have.

All I hear everyone saying is, "I'm an ungrateful child who set their expectations too high based on rumors floating around the forums."

I hope everyone realizes SC operates just like Apple has over the last 6-7 years. Release a decent update, but not do everything they're capable of because they can sell their product longer. Just think about all the iPhones out there and the minimal updates between each one. Keeps people on board.

It seems all I'm doing is spending the 8k gold searching and when I win all I do us get it back? Pointless but i guess it's free to search now.
