Dark Spell Factory

I think it would be cool to have more than 1 spell factory, one involving spells made from Dark Elixir. This has many perks:
Faster spell creation.
Less elixir spent per war.
New spell ideas can be made into Dark spells and so the spell factory will not need to be updated in the future.
More spell holding. (Possibly)
I think it may be unfair to have more than 3 spells for th8 and 7 and more than 4 for th9 and more than 5 for th10 but the spells could be stored in the same place as well.
