So I hope it won't be possible. Trading is always as your own risk 😉

Or maybe just have few store blocks (e.g. different color), which are only for "VIP" people (e.g. neighbours, neighbours + friends or neighbours + friends + followers).
Or a "trade tag" which can be placed on items. Once the tag is on the item, the buyer is requested for a 4 numbered PIN-code to purchase the item. The tag could also have a 5 min timer, and after that it would be free to purchase by anyone.
