Description: The acid rain is a spell when released on enemy base, may or may not depending on Supercell thoughts about it, will form a cloud wherever the player chooses. The precipitation will be acid, and will affect everything within its radius. The spell level will determine the spells' radius and length of effect. When the acid hits the base, everything in its radius will lose hit points. After the rain stops, the damage continues until the Deterioration timer ends.
Spell levels: 1-5 (maybe 6, depending on your thoughts)
