I was more pointing at the fact that under the company growth the stakes become higher, and more people are concerned by the decision making, making it thus longer...and that s a problem I've seen a lot during my career.

And anyway from what I've seen from the vids when Daddy and Co went to visit their headquarter...they didnt have a 42 stories building...thrown from the first floor hurts less...lol

If it was a new dark troop, then it wouldn't be unlocked until TH 10, making it pointless to Th 9 below

I dont get people getting frustrated when updates are only for TH 10...

It seems logical to me...given TH 1 to 9 have already plenty of things to develop at their level.
