Can you win 167 attacks in one day?

You really have a thing against players that attack a lot dont you ;)

I can easily get 10k+ defenses won down in sub 200 :)

Doing over 150 raids a day and only gaining 10 mil gold is kinda weird though. Only 66k per raid. So he must just be raiding any semi-decent base, which makes sense if you have your army cooking that quick.

Loot bonus doesn't go to the Gold grab so every snipe only nets him 1000 or less.

Based on the information you've provided I'd agree with Danks. Probably boosted barracks, possible with barbs archers and minions, and taking a lower amount of loot but at more frequent intervals. Also yes he probaby has a cup range he likes and is probably taking a loose every so often to get loot at a loss or to stay in a specific range he likes.
