I agree with this. It just isnt healthy anymore if all they do is play COC. Specially for students

not sure if trolling or serious
what would you do if you were supercell and someone suggest to you this idea? you would think that is terrible and wont happen ever. why would you limit a player from playing as much as he wants, generating income to the company? seriously, people who has thousands of attacks won invest money in the game boosting, do you seriously think that they will even remotely consider limiting them?
no
Sorry, but not a good idea
Let us not assume. Making assumptions here leads to serious flaws. The first flawed assumption of this thread is that attacks won in season is a reasonable identifier that someone is cheeting. It has also been assumed there is a need to set a limit on how many times someone can attack in a season.
Do not assume they are always using a full army for attacks. Do not assume anything especially that a high number of attacks is enough evidence someone is cheeting. If you look at the OP of the linked thread the dude had 2900+ 5 days into the season according to his link at the bottom of the post.
The sole purpose of the personal break is to prevent players from staying online all the time and removing themselves from match making. They are not parenting the players and they are not worried about individuals exhibiting unhealthy behavior.
There is a reasonable explaination of players with high wins in a season. With a bit of imagination you all can figure it out, but i will refrain from explaining at the moment, because, as a player who is currently bored with the game, perhaps I will challenge myself to this debatable issue and come back to this thread with evidence and the explaination.
I will say that if using my method, one could attain 2,500+/- wins in two weeks while raiding only three hours per day.
Personal break is to prevent a player from hiding behind an online shield and not get attacked.
You are mistaken if you think that SC went out of their way to ensure the well being of their players' health.
If i was SC, i couldn't care less if my top gem buyer used all his savings to buy gems and is currently sleeping under a pedestrian bridge, nor do i care that he is at the brink of losing his eyesight from constant exposure to his iDevice playing my game.
