Ridiculous!!
My fiance has been trying since July to get his base back. He connected his account to Google like he was supposed since he bought gems and that's the only way he could do it. He got his new phone, downloaded Clash and it said Chief Ponsis base with town hall level 1 when he connected it to his Google. So since July he sent in multiple requests. They ended up wanting receipts from his gem buying which he didn't have because his Google said it was connected to Chief Ponsi. So he made a new account. Problem is he was our clans leader. So about 2 weeks ago I contacted Supercell asking them to make it right by removing his old account and making the new account he had to make leader. Their first reply back didn't even make sense to my email. So then they said we would have to make a new clan. We have over 50 war wins and have been working on this clan for months. After sending multiple emails they still claim they cannot remove the inactive account. So I have sent 1 email. It's ridiculous the way they handle their customer support. How hard is it to have a phone number so we can speak to a real person!
