If you're in an active clan, then I'd rather upgrade the CC. ;)

Upgrade your cc... it helps both in attack and defense... for defense keep it centered and try to fill it up with diff troops(archers,barbs, wiz,minion)... if u make it hard enough to trigger you would really start seeing the benefits...
If you are in a active, donating clan with high lvl troops then I say the CC but if you're not then upgrade the wizard tower because it looks awesome :p
