App jeeps reloading after maintanance, wizard event.

I can't seem to start the clash of clans app and go online, after the wizard event maintenance.
App keeps reloading and doesn't download new material.

facebook site says "we're back online" , wel, I'm not.
closing and relaunching app doesn't help.

help?

I deleted app and reloading and it works now. Just keep in Game Center so you don't loose village
