How about some feature to help others?

I mean like some sort of box where people can ask for things they could need, like food or crops etc. Sometimes I see people in my friend tab that needs help for the boat but they got their help crates filled and I don't have a way to comunicate to give them what they need, or when you get something in the newspaper that you need desesperately and you would like to thank that farm...

I like the way this game promote you to help other people, even if they are complete strangers, and maybe this could be another way to do it.
