group message (in neighborhood)

Hi dear hay day community :)

I have a suggestion, why don't you add the feature that leaders and coleaders would be able to send a single message to all members in group? (just like clash of clans)

It would be really useful.

+ another request: please add a clothing shop or something like that to the town that visitors ask for clothes, dresses, hats and...

Major part of clothes are not being sold in newspapers just because there are not enough requests for them.
