I just want an ability to paint them, or add a glass window on the side, fix up their roofs and add a plant pot out front or a door. Thats all I want :)

I think you meant to say Blue and Orange

Why builder huts remain unchanged since lvl 1: because an upgrade in graphics would suggest an upgrade in functionality. SC has already ruled out "buffing" builders, so they don't want to give players an excuse to say "well if you upgraded the look of the huts, you should also upgrade the ability of the builders".

That's it.

i wouldnt mind seeing more levels to builders huts, even if nothing other than cosmetics.

though a few extra hitpoints would be nice.
