play on Pc and android

silly question, but I can not find answer. Can I play on PC and android using the same account? and if so how do I do it?

It is against SC's ToS to use emulators to play on the PC, you will be banned if you play CoC on the PC, and trust me, your emulator will give yourself away.

Actually there is nothing in the TOS that bans the use of emulators. The leading emulator program actually features Clash of Clans. That being said, some moderators still say that it violates TOS and Supercell can ban any account they choose to for any reason.

I understand that they don't want h@acks and stuff, but why doesn't SC want people to have it for PC? It only seems like more money.

There is software (not h@cks) available that will allow you to play CoC on a PC. It is not against the ToS. It is, however, against forum rules to discuss this.
