Elixir-Gold converter

There needs to be a converter for elixir to gold or even elixir to dark elixir. There would be a cost of conversion of course (e.g. 100,000 elixir converts to 50,000 gold ; 100,000 gold converts to 50,000 elixir ; 1,000,000 elixir converts to 1,000 dark elixir ; 1,000 dark elixir converts to 100,000 elixir)

It can be called Alchemist station or something like that.
