Hi folks,
I'll be a new TH8 in 3 days and I was wondering if I should setup my base for farming or pushing? I'm sure at my level of upgrades, either/or really won't make a whole lot of difference as I'll probably be 3-starred quite a bit, but I figured I'd ask anyway. Thank you for your time. :o
No!
Never ever ever EVER push when your a new TH level. I would at least wait until you have max offense... so farm for now. I would stay within Gold league for farming.

Farming is better.
A farming base is better just because you have the possibility of getting a free shield.
Sometimes when you're done for the night, you'll get sniped making your sleep much better knowing you are safe for 12 hours :rolleyes:

Being a fresh th8 is tough. Giants like to stomp you. Best bet is to put your town hall as far away from your base as possible and stay near 1250 or 2000 trophies. There are a ton of snipers in those areas trying to get the achievements for the free gems.
