Cheapest strategy to push up trophies at TH7?

Hello everyone.
I'm currently sitting at 1250 trophies. I had been able to reach 1500 trophies with Giant Healer combo, but dropped trophies as I couldn't 50% lots of opponents when farming with Barch.
So now I'm looking for the cheapest yet most effective way to push up my trophies so I can reach 1500+ trophies while spending as little Elixir as possible.

1: Haven't had a good experience finding bases with exposed ADs.
2: Apparently I suck at Barch. I can farm with it okay, but can't get much trophies. Any advice / video guides?

Can't find many exposed THs in matchmaking, maybe 1 in every 50 bases. I feel like the gold cost for finding one doesn't worth it.

Cheapest strat to trophy push? There's only one answer and I'm sure it's been said BARCH + wallbreakers + barbarian king = town hall snipe and go for 1 stars when their are a lot of buildings outside walls (use 1 barb to test exposed town halls if all is clear drop barb king to bash on the town hall and take it down quickly)

This strat will shoot you right up to crystal league with no problems

BArch could be used in trophy pushing.

Leave your town hall out and let all the weaker bases TH snipe you, then when they are high enough in trophies revenge them for 50+ trophies.

Barch to get one star and th snipe.
