Clan Wars Troop Selection

I'm sure all leaders have this same problem. Clan Wars!
Members not attacking for one reason or another can be frustrating. Maybe they are looking to just farm or are just not into fighting wars. That's fair enough but I think there should be a 'selection' option that leaders have; Enabling them to pick and chose which members participate in wars.

This can be used as a tool which creates a desire for members to prove themselves to fight in wars.

Ultimately, I'm sick of losing wars due to other members not participating. Leaders need a better platform in which to lead wars and I think this is a step in the right direction.
