Allow clan leaders to approve players request to opt out of war

Sometimes clan members are on vacation or otherwise not available to participate in a clan war. Rather than forcing them to leave the clan before the clan war starts in order to avoid having an idle camp, allow the player who will be away to make a request to opt out of the war. The request would need to be approved by a clan leader or co-leader. There would also need to be a limit on the amount of members that are approved to opt out in order to avoid having clans intentionally changing their battle tier (20vs20 changed to 10vs10 for example).

Yes this should be made a feature. Some people don't like attacking in wars and they could be opted out. Same with as mentioned people on holiday etc.
