Hey, I'm Cam nice to meet you all! I found a several guys who are outstanding and here they are.

Tyrael (GG = 2b) - Last Seen / Home Clan : Lunar Rising
Unity_Sharp (GG = 2b) - Last Seen / Home Clan :Unity Champions
Brandon (GG = 2b) - Last Seen / Home Clan :SG Gladiators
Alex (GG = 2b) - Last Seen / Home Clan :Cyberscope
Toffee (GG = 2b) - Last Seen / Home Clan :Exodias

If there are more people who have maxed there base who have at least 1.8 Billion (GG) and Have evidence please post, and I will update these as soon as possible :)

Example -
Name (IGN) : Cameron
Last Seen / Home Clan : N/A (No Clan At All)
Evidence : Profile Pic or Last Seen or Home Clan.
