Gowiwi vs. GoWiPe vs. Hogs?

I was wondering which is better after the upgrade. Gowiwi was obviously better, but after this stupid update, I don't know. Hogs, I put them there because I nearly got rekt by 40 of them last war.

I am a th9 with:
Level 1 Golem
Level 2 Pekka
Level 1 Witch
Level 5 Heal Spell
Level 5 Rage Spell
Level 1 Jump.
Level 4 Hogs

I can upgrade anything regardless of price, I was wondering which strategy I should pursue so I can be a clan war powerhouse?

Also some troop combinations would be nice, I still only have 25 spaces in my clan castle.

On a side note, level 7 wizard tower or level 2 xbow?

Which strategy is stronger?

If your heroes aren't maxed or at least level 10 each then I would go for heal while you upgrade your heroes. Since that spell is used for hogs and can be used in GoWi** variants.

If your heroes are up to an adequate level then go the Golem first. Golem features in two of your clan war army choices so it's at least the most versatile of all the choices presented.

Both are strong.

Witches are easier but might have trouble destroying walls. Pekkas are strong but you'll need some time to get the feeling when to put your pekka, otherwise your pekka will be running around enemy base.

Using both of them can give better result in some bases.

I usually run GoWiWi with 2 jump spells and often destroying 100% TH9 bases
