really neeed some advice

well, im co in my friends clan, and today we have 17 players. i th sniped to get to gold leauge to invite players because its easier. well, i ended up inviting like 8 players 1 crystal and the rest silver/bronze. well the bronze players and the crystal were like 'teamed' and suddenly they just started INVITING CRAZY MASSES OF PEOPLE it was crazy so right when they would invite the crystal would doante, right now we have 45 people, in the same day, my clan is apocalyptics with the black and yellow flag. well everyone that they invite was either silver/bronze
about 10 silver and the rest bronze, so basically in the clan we have 45/50 and probably about 20 are bronze..
im a little weirded, because they're all bronze. we are also a clan war clan. i dont know if i should kick them because they're bases arent great, or let them grow with us. plus, if i go into a war with 20 bronzes were going to get wrecked! i dont know what to do, help. should i kcik?

You have a few options, obviously. You could either kick them, or you could try to 'help' them progress.

If you are in a clan that wants to war RIGHT NOW, I'd say kick them because you'll get wrecked in a 40v40. You won't find many non-serious clans fighting in that kind of match up, so you'll be done before it really starts.

If you don't really care how soon you are warring, try holding a war drive for the next week or so. Let people know that in X amount of time a war will be started, and that people will need to prepare. Let them know that if their bases aren't looking up to scratch by then, they'll be booted and a war will start.

If you go with the latter option, I assume most of the noobs will quit anyways, doing the dirty work for you. At least then you'll be able to differentiate between the people showing initiative, and the people that aren't.

Another important thing to note, though, is that although they might improve their bases by X amount, their raiding abilities could be another story. You really only can judge that by shared replays and actually seeing them in a war.

Why don't you make a feeder for your bronze guys.

IGNFatty gave a good summary. A couple things I'd like to add:
If you want them to get better, you will have to help them. That means:
Suggest base designs
Encourage them to test designs in their main base & see the results before editing the war base
Give them tips on base building.
Show them replays of some of your attacks; focus on general stuff (tanks before archers, splash damage is deadly, etc.)

If one of the bronzes is good at attacking, have them show replays of attacks. Explain to other clan members what they did right, using the replay as an example.
If one of the clan members is bad at attacking, have them show a replay too. Explain (nicely) what they did wrong and how they could improve it. ("If there are still splash defenses, you shouldn't bunch your archers up like that. That way the mortar can't 1-shot them")

Consider a more structured external chat where you could have separated discussions (forum group?)


If people don't seem willing to improve (bad bases/attacking even after advice), kick them.
