Are Valks worth it?

Well as my Jump Spell finishes in a couple of hours I only have my Valks left to do. So I was wondering if I should even consider upgrading them at all as my Heroes still need a little bit of love, my queen being lvl 23 and king lvl 22.

All 3 upgrades cost 180k DE, so should I invest it in the most useless troop in the game just to have them out of the way in case they ever get useable or just let them be at lvl 1?

Tbh, I'm not sure. But personally I would upgrade Valks with the possibility that they will improve. After all some good Valk strategies are starting to emerge so, I think they may be worth jt

I got em at level 2. Still never use em lol.
