When all your clan mates are either at school, work, or even sleeping an you need some troops.
Post it too global.
Have it where you tap on your clan castle it says request troops to global and after you tap on it, it says "caution when requesting special troops you may or may not get what you want"
Also have it where if some one requests giants and gets goblins they can't report them.
