Some clans made aroubd a set of friends can ve hard to manage, being that there can only be 1 leader, thus downsizing friendship over who gets leader. I have the idea that an option in the clan allows at the most, 3 leaders of a clan, so that the leadership can be divided among groups of people, rather than 1 leader. Naturally, this would require a great amount of trust, but this isnt too easy to overuse anyway.
