Ugh, this game tested my patience. Whenever I see one of my builders nearing completion of finish building, say 2-3 hours left, I always find the urge to use gems to complete the build.
This has caused me to use up gems quickly and makes me want to keep buying more, which I am sure this is Supercell's strategy, lol.
But, how do you fight the urge to want to finish the build early and be patient for it to complete?
Lol I cant even buy gems. why? because i am using my blackberry z10 to play this game. Since it doesnt have google play services, i cannot buy gems. It really isnt bad. I went up to town hall 7 with ONLY 2 builders. Im sure you can do it. I suggest uninstalling google play services from your device XD
I always think for the fame and glory... LOL!
Well, seriously, I am the only Th10 in my clan who has never spent even a single dollar. For me it's a matter of goal/achievement, trying to reach Champion without having to spend real money, and so far i am currently in Master 3 so maybe a few more months then i can reach my goal.

I've bought gems to unlock 4th and 5th builders and to buy more to use for barracks boost.
I just think that it is much more rewarding to farm the base. you dont really get alot of respect if you gem your entire base.

Well, im unemployed, so yea. I haven't really found the need for gems, and i have three builders without buying gems. I have i think 802 gems so i can get 4th builder with about 200 more. Im sure i will have to buy gems once im th9, but as th8, the upgrades haven't quite been too long for me. With school starting, it wont even bother me much waiting.
Hopefully when you are smack taking the gemmers you will realize that without them the game would not have ever been created for you to enjoy in the first place.Quote:
