Is there any reason for this? I believe the CC is fine as it is. Because the CC can have massive DPS, it needs to have a weakness (that is, it is easy to kill). Changing them like heroes could easily unbalance defense.

Its no different than what people was doing with heros why change for heros and not cc.
If you look at the DPS of CC troops, and compare that to heroes, the CC troops have SIGNIFICANTLY more. They need to have counterplay
Because the change in heroes was part of a larger update that improved heroes' ability as support & defense abilities.Quote:

I understand that. Just frustrating when they get pulled out to edge of map. Changes defenses drastically.
