Hi, I'm not TH10 yet but I am TH8. And I was wondering if it was possible to get into the core/2 stars a TH10 mature base with every building at max level, besides walls. You could bring each spell available at max level. Have barbs and archs take up 200 space even and put it the rest WB for those who have capacity of 240. I was hoping someone could test or let me know if someone has already done this.
I'm not sure. Not with tier 2, but with tier 2, Your best bet would be either a ton of healers paired with a level 40 king and queen or max giants, max wizards, and a level 40 king and queen. Maxed balloons and minions still meets your tier 1/2 definition and should get an occasional 2 star
I view hogs as tier 2, so a flock of max hogs with very smart placement might work but not consistently

I'm sure once in a blue moon you can breach the core of a base that had a design fit for it, but I wouldn't count on it. Barbs and archers are fragile and will get mowed down pretty quickly from aoe and infernos. Even if you did somehow break into the core you would never get two stars. So the final answer is no, tier one troops will not get you two stars on a maxed th10.
Thanks for telling me everybody. I've come to realize that the Tier 1 and 2 troops always and only were good for farming and like the first month of CoC. So I've come to conclusion to one day try to make this possible but for now you guys are right about this
You do realize wizards weren't just once viewed as OP, they are viewed as OP and cornerstones in any modern end-game attach composition. What TH are you? LOLQuote:

My clan leader always attacks with a BAG army in clan wars, and he generally two stars enemy th10s as long as he has his lvl 30+ aq
I breached a single core TH10 with the old barb king and got most the loot as a nearly maxed TH7. Since hero changes as a TH8 I have tried a lot of things including mass dragons on a th10 but I can't even get another inferno tower down.. I get locked out even on some buff TH9. For me I could do it with the old hero but not without.
