New Building

On clash of clans, everyone has had a case where they have too much loot, you really wanna spend some, and all of your builders huts are being used and wont be done for 3 days. A lot of times you can use the lab for elixir, but your gold will just sit there for the next 72 hours. There should be a building like the lab where gold can be spent on something without using a builders hut. Tell me what you guys think and if you can, then give an idea for what the building could be, and I'll put your ideas here!

I dont think this is ruled out, so if it is, then I apologize.

IDEAS:

Spent on what? And as you progress you have the opposite of that problem (to much elixir and not enough gold.)
