Ranking System within clan.

I was thinking the clan leader should be able to give more then 2 ranks.
Elder and Co-Leader are okay, but if you want to promote someone but you don't wanna entrust them with that much power there needs to be a few more ranks so people stay loyal with a clan and work for higher ranks. I don't know what other rank names could be.
basic rank - outsider
then - villager
-
- elder
- council
- Co-Leader

just a suggestion, feed back welcome.
