When you get raided by a player it does how many stars they got and troops you gained\lost. My second idea is nothing to do with notifications is save slots for bases. Etc you make a farming base you can put it under save slot 1. Another one is random events, so something exciting happens once a week or something. The last one is for Clans. If your in a war clan you know how many stars you get a war and how many donations you get a season.
