I lost a TH7 account last March.Tried all the expert advice from normal players, it didnt help. My appeal was replied to back in june but they're out of touch and gave the old advice thats just a rehash of "experts".
Whats striking to me is there has never been a fix to this issue. Every day the problems sub-forum is jam packed with lost base threads. Doesn't staffing a bunch of CSR offset the benefits outside data storage :).
