Thats funny the same thing happened to me but to my ipod
what you gonna do is
go on ur tablet and go to settings then "link a device" then tap "old deviec" then because ur using ur tablet tap "other device" then go to ur phone and do the same process but tap "new device" then type the code that popped up on ur tablet into ur phone.
It should ask you something like copying this village to this device will delete the current village on ur phone then tap ok. The game will reload and the village that was on ur tablet will be on ur phone too.u can only be on the village one device at a time.
