We need to put out ANOTHER UPDATE in order to fix the crashing problems.
When Nick said the bug had been squashed, he was referring to this upcoming update. The maintenance was related to Amazon shutting down a physical server. We had to do the maintenance break to fix the problem that was causing.
To fix the crashing issues, we need to resubmit a hotfix to Apple. Hope that clears things up!
