CWA Feature
CWA means Clan War Adjustments. If your clan has ever gotten into preparation day and someone just leaves, now its 2 attacks not used that could've won the war. To solve this problem, this new feature should be implemented. This feature will enable you to switch up bases of those who left the clan and those who missed the cut for war. The leader of the clan will be able to make these adjustments. In this case for preparation day, there will be no numbers next to people's names until battle day. If there is a last second switch, the preparation day countdown will remain at 0 until the switch is completed. Also, another ability the leader now has is he/she can put a "tag" on a player that's in war. This tag can only be put on one player that usually doesnt attack in war. If he/she doesnt attack in the war, they will automatically be cut from the next war no matter what and can't be put in it. After that war has concluded, the tagged person will be able to participate in the next war. One final thing is that people on probation from war will be excluded from this feature until they are off probation. And there you have it, I hope this idea makes it into Clash of Clans because I'm tired of people leaving the clan during prepartion day.
P.S. Co-leaders get none of these abilities.

To complicated and to easy to abuse. Strongest four people in clan drop trophies to non-war spots, start war, have weakest players leave clan, then add strongest four people into the clan war.
Once a match has been made you can't swap around people involved in the war because that invalidates the match making process. Sorry, this shouldn't be done.
You'll just have to tighten up your clan so you have solid members you can depend on instead. Solid clans do not have this problem of people leaving right after a war match has been made. If you do war every 2 days I could see how you run into this a bit more often, but that is the price of running high war frequency based clan.
