I think it would be nice for the leader to have the ability to donate 200k loot max to whoever they think did the best job in their clan every month. Is not the best idea but i think it would be nice, because it motivates people to stay in the clan and work hard, and stay active.

Maybe if every league season you had to pay an amount, maybe 20(or any number)*your nexting cost of each (no DE)
and it gets rewarded to whoever donated the most

Admittingly not easy to implement especially with potential abuses supercell would have to avoid, but it would be cool to have a reward structure around best performing clan member in a war or over a given time period.
