I'm not sure this is the right place to ask. Can you give us any context to this problem? :confused:
I have a friend they get banned for 14 days and they dont know the reason why they get banned i just saw thier post in fb thats why i make a post here i want to know also to avoid it.. im kinda curious also on how they get banned bcoz they are really good always help people in thier needs evn not on thier list if they see the post and they have what needs they will offer help...
Send a private message to a mod for investigation.
Well, here is a link to the ToS, if your friend violated any of the things, for instance playing the game on a PC, or using an automation program, they could have been banned. Not saying that is what happened, but that on one of the common reasons for banning.

Yeah, but if the ban is for playing the game on a non-approved device, isn't it a perma-ban?
There's no way to transfer a game from such a device, so it's not like you could run out and buy an iPad or a Galaxy S4 and resume playing legally after a temp ban was over.
I have never heard of 2-week bans, and I confess, I, too, am curious about what triggers them.
Yes, I'd be interested as well. I really don't know. I think I've heard of temporary bans for being reported, but not really sure.
I've only heard of bans for forum conduct. Is your friend on the forum or just a farmer?
Bans are set if the players violate our TOS. Some are for life, some are shorter (more as a reminder not to break the TOS). The reason of the ban should be visible when trying to access the game.
I can't say why this person has a 14 day ban, but most probably got caught doing something which is against the TOS. We don't ban players without a very good reason.

I can't help it, I have to ask - do you always shout your demands? Perhaps just asking SC to look into it would suffice. Perhaps you're inadvertently doing something to violate the TOS. Or perhaps there's a glitch on their end. At any rate, I don't think we the players are really in any sort of position to demand anything of SC, though asking would probably get faster results. Do you jump when demands are shouted at you? I know I don't.
Maybe you had inappropriate language in your farm or RSS name at some point? I'm just guessing here.

Did you check your game? Nick said the reason you were banned is there when you try and access the game. If you need help in figuring out what it is, post a screenshot for us and we can help. :)Quote:

monette: As Nick stated, there should be a message that pops up when your friend attempts to sign in, which will give her some hint as to what rule was broken to earn the 14-day ban. It's not possible for us here on the forum to know why. Please have your friend carefully review the TOS (http://www.supercell.net/terms-of-service/) to find which rule best matches the message that pops up when she tries to access her game.
If, after reviewing the TOS, she is still unable to figure out why, she can post the message that pops up when attempting to access her game here, to this thread. Perhaps we can help match up the message to those rules that could possibly be the reason.
Mksa: There IS a reason, you've just not yet figured out what it is. Was it a temporary ban or permanent? Read the pop up message when you attempt to access the game and try to match it to the Terms of Service (TOS) rules as was suggested to monette's friend. If you are unable to figure it out, you can post the message here (a screenshot will work) and we can try and help you.
On my friends case it pop up this msg this account is temporarily banned for 14 days due to violation of terms and condition this is ur first and final warning.. we give her the link of sc tos and she said she dont violated any of tos and she also want to know what tos did she violates...
Hmm...not the details that I was hoping for. That's just way too vague for us to be of any help. I'm truly sorry. :( She REALLY needs to read all of the TOS carefully to try and figure out for herself just which rule she may have tripped over and unknowingly broken.Quote:

Nothing offensive in her part her rs name rainbow her land plots dont have any design shes very friendly thats why shes puzzled and all of us her friends why she get banned she dont play in pc only in her phone and she dare not try to change device coz she scared of losing her farm... shes very sad coz shes spnding money to buy diamonds and now its wasted coz shes banned tom cannot use wasted... not accpting new friend request is against the tos???

SC ban the account, not the player. Could it be possible that her account is played by someone else without her knowing? Suspicious activities could be done by another player.

You get a pop up box which allows you to select an image from your computer. Personally I use the basic uploader which gives you this:

It does sometimes happen that honest players get caught up in game-wide crack downs of suspicious activity. It's always possible that such is the case here...then again, you may actually be doing something against the TOS without knowing.
For those of you who are getting that message of temporary in-game ban, please post here on this thread your EXACT farm name and level. I'll pass that information on and see if we can find out anything that way. Please be patient, though, as it may take time to get an answer.
