I'm not sure this is the right place to ask. Can you give us any context to this problem? :confused:
I have a friend they get banned for 14 days and they dont know the reason why they get banned i just saw thier post in fb thats why i make a post here i want to know also to avoid it.. im kinda curious also on how they get banned bcoz they are really good always help people in thier needs evn not on thier list if they see the post and they have what needs they will offer help...

Well, here is a link to the ToS, if your friend violated any of the things, for instance playing the game on a PC, or using an automation program, they could have been banned. Not saying that is what happened, but that on one of the common reasons for banning.

Yeah, but if the ban is for playing the game on a non-approved device, isn't it a perma-ban?
There's no way to transfer a game from such a device, so it's not like you could run out and buy an iPad or a Galaxy S4 and resume playing legally after a temp ban was over.
I have never heard of 2-week bans, and I confess, I, too, am curious about what triggers them.
Yes, I'd be interested as well. I really don't know. I think I've heard of temporary bans for being reported, but not really sure.
I've only heard of bans for forum conduct. Is your friend on the forum or just a farmer?
Bans are set if the players violate our TOS. Some are for life, some are shorter (more as a reminder not to break the TOS). The reason of the ban should be visible when trying to access the game.
I can't say why this person has a 14 day ban, but most probably got caught doing something which is against the TOS. We don't ban players without a very good reason.
