What level of walls would you consider acceptable for a new TH 10?

lvl 8 minimum.

If you're a TH 10, you should have at least lvl 9 walls.

At least legos for me - ideally with a smattering of lavas too.

8 are bare minimum

Atleast half legos and half skulls

I would say this ;)

Full skulls AT LEAST. Full legos are much much better and same for lavas.

Fun Fact. It takes 2 lvl 6 wall breakers to break both lvl 7 and lvl 9 walls. And considering most Champions carry a ♥♥♥♥ ton of wall breakers with them, the only time when the difference might matter is the core which (might) be where the attacker runs out of wall breakers and/or when a rage spelled is used on the wall breaker.
