Depends on your cup level. For champ id say level 9.
You've got to have at least full skulls to be taken even remotely seriously. Or not, but otherwise you'll look a bit funny.
At least full skulls. Personally I won't be going without full legos, and will try to knock out as many lavas as possible along the way.
Lvl7 bare min lvl8-9's are your real target though

I began TH10 with level 6, 7, 8 and 9 walls :) Ugly
level 7 is a minimum. But you should manage to do all level 8 at least.
Currently fixing that on my base. No more level 6. Almost half level 8. But I don't farm anymore so it takes a while.
10 = Good
9 = Good farmer, doesn't have the time to do all 10, still good
8 = you really should have done 9, but yolo right?
7 = I thought walls upgraded when your th upgraded?
