Kags idea was to implement his own ideas for ranks. I want for EVERYONE to have a shot at their own ideas.

Actually, you can slightly edit the leader jobs, and possibly edidt member privilages (some people want elder JUST to recruit). So, in reality, you can edit 4 ranks

Yes but I think a new toggleable privilege (or perhaps responsibility is a better word) could be added to those existing. That being "must supply decent coffee to all clan members". Or even just for coleaders and leader. That'd be enough.

Okay well what if they put numbers next to every title so you guys don't get confused. Or the leader could put it in the description. All I'm saying is if you're going to go through all this trouble why not make it for everyone instead of just you? The way I suggested can coexist with your suggestion but it's not even worth humoring?

Okay, well I jumped onboard kags thread because theirs was doing better than mine, I proposed the ability to add/remove/change ranks and kag supported it. But I didn't want to sound like I was upset over an issue of credit so I said "kag's idea" as opposed to saying "my idea".
But your idea is basically my idea minus the reward for the lower members. A title is just a title but is worn as a badge of pride and I can't have one person way up high wearing the same badge as someone down low and I don't want to have co-leaders out the butt. Please just add this to your existing idea. I'd like to see it happen and it doesn't really change much for you.

What are you trying to say. Since when did i say people up high and low were wearing the same badge? Its up for the leaders of every clan if they want to confuse theit members or not. As for the co leaders, they arent being removed or anything. They can be modified and limited, thats all.

What's the deal with people up high having the same badge as people down low? That sounds rather elitist to me. Just because someone's troops, town hall, trophies or XP are lower, doesn't make them a lesser contributor to the whole clan. Some of my most valued Elders are on paper what may be classed as lower players, but they are the most supportive, generous players and do more than pull their weight in Wars. There shouldn't be distinction like this.

And why are people arguing about whose idea it is. If you agree, get on board.

And dont forget to add "Supreme Coffee Maker" to the list.

Agreed, when i started my clan, only people silver 1 and under have elder, because i knew gold 3+ usually are strict on what troop they get.

Ill make sure i make a thread on a supreme coffee maker too XD
