Laboratory first because you want to work on the troops. Then probably mortar. I'm assuming you only have 2-3 builders. If you do have a 3rd use it on clan castle if there is an upgrade in that.

At th4 you don't have much to upgrade, so don't stress about it. I recommend you max it out regardless. Always have that lab researching. Calculate when you will max out your base + walls so that you begin the th upgrade earlier so you're not stuck waiting for your th to be done.
You'll spend two weeks at th4. Upgrade whatever because the order doesn't matter.
Thank you all, lastly, what should I mostly use when I'm farming. All barbarians, barbarians with archers, or barbarians with a few Wallbreakers?
Master 1/3 barbs 2/3 archer.... Will work wonders for you down the road :)
