New problem starting 2 days ago. When we try to go to war the program just keeps searching and is not finding a match. We have cancelled and restarted it a few times to no avail.
Anyone else having this issue? We have had 40 some wars so far and never had a problem.
I created a support ticket for supercell but the guy did not even read my issue. All I got back was boilerplate about how matching can take a few hours.
No supercell, not hours, days. We have been searching off and on for over a week now, with each search session running for 4-24 hours.
If you don't care to look into the issue that is fine, but don't pretend like you will and then waste my time by not even reading my ticket.
Your clan need to be matched with another one that is as the same weight as yours. At your searching time, there was possibly no available matching opponent. The searching process must have been hold in a queue that all items would be sequentially processed, one after another. Be patient!
