haha this idea is great! I love it.
This sounds really good! Pretty much it's like a league specific to time spent in a clan right!
Like maybe the longer your in a clan your name or something gets bronzed, silvery, and then golden! Allowing for.. what a loot gain bonus!!!
You could possibly have like if a person is gone longer than 2 days it subtracts from the total time in clan! Be yet another incentive to stay active! What do you think?

The number of hoppers in the game has slowly reduced over time with the formation of many request and league clans but I agree with your ideas. Right now there isn't an incentive to stay long enough so I'd welcome a few of your ideas. Maybe even an achievement dedicated specifically to loyalty.

How about if the clan gains experience just like the players do. Every time a player gains experience for donating troops, so does the clan, every time a player gains experience for destroying a town hall, so does the clan. Clans can also gain experience for war wins and war participation (losses)...
As a clan levels up, certain bonuses can be purchased. A one percent bonus to all clan members structures health can be purchased for 1 million gold at level 2, or a 1 percent troop damage can be purchased at level 3 for one million elixir or a 1 percent increase in bonus resources from raiding can be purchased for 10k DE at level 4 etc...
Clan members donate to the clan for the purpose of purchases.
Clan members get the level 2 bonus only if they've been with the clan for 1 week or earned a certain amount of experience for the clan.
This would give players to join an incentive to join existing clans rather than go off and make yet another new clan.
