New clash of clans attack troop/hero

Dear supercell.

Ive played clash of clans for many months and i have some ideas about new troop/hero...
CoC needs a catapult that can act like a mortar and do splash damage to defences. Idd hope i would act like a hero and not like a troop... That is really all ive got and idd like everyone to comment what do you think about my idea.

Might be a.good idea for higher leveled players but for lvl 8 town hall and down I think it would be over powered! And I am a level 8 town hall so I can't speak for higher levels!
