There is none, supercell hates TH9's
Gold 2-3 is working great for me.

I've climbed from 1600-2200 in the past few days looking for loot - no real sweet spot yet, but it was best in Gold 1. I may drop back down.Quote:

I always find good loot,
I moved from gold 1, crystal 3, crystal 2, I find out loot is great on all ranges... plenty of 250K-300K raid from rich th9/premie TH10
I've had a lot of luck anywhere between 1500-2100 cups. I usually go up to 2100 and drop back down.Rinse and repeat. Sometimes it does take a bit of searching, but not horrendous.
I am at around 2400 trophies, and I find many amazing raids, the collector raids are usually from 250k gold/elixir 2.5k de - 500k gold/elixir 4.5k de. It also depends on what time of day, in the morning it takes forever to find something, in the middle of the day it is loot crazy, at the end of the day it slows down again.
I just moved to Town hall nine, and I have found 2 collector raids in the past 4 days. I've been from silver 1 to gold 1.
I see these posts all the time and they are perplexing to me. I've had no shortage of loot in Gold 1/2 for months now. I may hit a dry spell every now and then where I have to settle for 100k gold but I always find plenty of raid-able bases with decent loot if I keep looking. I rarely leave Gold 1.
I had a one day stretch last week at 1635-1650 where I was beating off collector raids with a stick. That dried up and I have been moving up and down. I found decent loot earlier this week at 1800, now that's gone too. The loot is definitely fluid and you have to chase it. I don't like dropping below 1500 cups because it's th6-th7 hell and I have to skip heavily to find a th8 I can BAM, let alone a decent collector. AT th8 I stayed at 1450 and was able to farm 225 lv8 walls in one league season the loot was so good. I tried that once or twice, but just too many th7's there. My advice: If you find a good collector raid and then on your next search you find another, pay attention to your trophy range and keep looking. As soon as the raids start to dry up, drop back down to where you found that first collector raid. 9 times out of 10, you can scoop up many more high $$$ raids before it runs dry.
