Well this is...awkward.
If you're asking for an enhancement to the game, this is the wrong forum. If you're asking your particular name to be changed for the purposes of selling your account, I'm pretty sure that's a violation of the EULA.
The only instance I've heard of where a user was allowed to change their name was when the original name was offensive in some way.

They should charge gems if they don't want to implement it.
You can email supercell if it consists of you first AND last name, or is offense. Other then that, it's not gonna happen.
