There is alot of Chinese Clans out there with 90+ wins.
What you see here is not the most win definitely.
Example 抢劫上帝 (it's too bad if you could not type or read in Chinese) - this clan has 92 CW wins and their trophies level is 30k+, hence their match up opponent is not easy as you think.

Most of the high clan war wins are low trophy level, hence match up against lower trophies level as well.
