What is wrong with AI?

I remember reading one of the SC staff say that they've secretly implement a small chance for the troop to target building in a non-traditional pattern. It was to make the game was more "realistic" or something like that. They thought that the community wouldn't notice, they were actually "surprised" that so many pointed it out. SC is monitoring the situation and is going to address it "soon."

I think they just screwed up somewhere when they added the heroes abilities and have no idea how to fix it. Most likely the only solution was to roll back the heroes, however, they've screwed themselves by openly stating that they wouldn't do that. So now it's a standstill. BTW, I have yet see any tweaks with the hero stats and abilities...don't tell me they are going to use a valuable update or sneak peak to do small tweaks. Of course, this is all just my speculation. I don't really have anything concrete on what's happening with SC.
